Terms and conditions of sale
| Sales prices | Prices based on room type, number of nights, booking dates, etc. Prices for each room are available on the hotel's website. |
| General terms and conditions | All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. If the credit card is not valid, the hotel will contact the customer to request another credit card. If no reply is received, or if the credit card is still not valid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation within 48 hours of the booking date. |

| Cancellation |
Non-flexible rates: Reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable. The total amount of the stay will be requested at the time of booking. Flexible rates: Free cancellation up to 15:00, 24 hours before arrival. *Conditions vary depending on the period, please refer to the price list when booking. |
| Security deposit | A pre-authorization of €100 is required on arrival. In the event of damage or theft, the deposit will be cashed. |
| WIFI | WIFI is available free of charge. |
| Breakfast | Breakfast at €20.00 Free breakfast for children up to 2 years old |
| Parking | Parking 100 m from the hotel Q-Park Clémenceau - Auditorium parking lot. Take advantage of a special rate by going directly to the hotel reception to obtain a parking ticket. |
| Children | Children up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' room. Baby cots are available on reservation An extra bed is available on reservation for a supplement of €45.00 / night, up to 12 years. One bed per room maximum from superior category upwards. |
